Can I install the trackers myself?
Absolutely! The LinkGo, SoloGuard, and SoloGuard Ultra are active in under a minute without any technical tools. For the CoreTrack, a basic understanding of car electronics is helpful (connecting to the battery), but this is also very easy with the included manual.
How accurate are the trackers?
Our trackers utilize multiple positioning systems (such as GPS, LBS, and Wi-Fi). This gives them excellent range, even in warehouses, parking garages, or containers where standard GPS often fails.
Will I be notified in case of theft?
Yes, you can set up instant alerts via the app. You'll then receive a push notification on your phone immediately if there are unwanted vibrations, if the vehicle leaves a predefined zone (geo-fence), or if the tracker is disconnected.
How long does the SoloGuard Ultra battery actually last?
When set to one location update per day, the SoloGuard Ultra can last up to 7 to 9 years between charges, depending on environmental factors.
